If the name the group is Congress of Rank and File Educators why isn't the acronym CORFE. Are they trying to create some racial overtone by associating themselves with an out of date civil rights organization. I believe their main cause is stirring up racial animostiy. The funny part is that they are a bunch of misguided liberals/lefies looking for a cause.

I do not think anything is wrong with Mt. Greenwood school. It certainly has come a long way. I have a niece currently attending and hear great things. However, I think some of the parents who are calling parents of private school children snobs are incorrect and cliques exist at every school. I do not send my child to a public school because I want religion in their daily studies, which is the way I was raised. We use our tax check to pay tuition. It is worth it to us.

Unfortunatley the media and politicians are always looking for ratings and the spotlight. I think you need to add a grabber to the beginning of your letter to get their attention.

Fraud, misuse of government money, child endangerment and abuse is what GAL and DCFS are promoting. They put children in harms way on a daily basis and have been wasting taxpayer money for years. These organizations have long not had the best interest of children at heart. The procedural laws that govern these organizations are meant to protect children but only put them in danger and possibly to their death. I am one person trying to save the life of a child and NO ONE will help me. I am stuck in a web of government deceit. Please, help me save this childs life and protect the countless other children stuck in the same cycle. Can anyone out there help us?

I have sent this info to each and ever news paper and TV and over 20 state reps and pass out over 3k letter about this. And talk to DCFS everyday. I was told by DCFS that they don't look into mother who smoke pot with their children and I was told that the gang stuff was not important and her not feeding him for 36 hr; the GAL has said that he should not be such a picky eater. The GAL in this case has told me that If I don't back off with the blogs and stuff they will take this child that has been in our house since he was 4m and he will be 3 and give him to someone that he does not know to teach me a lesson. The Judge in the case brother-in law is the mother GAL and all she has to say to the mother when all this comes out is "you are doing a good job". The Gal told the mother to block her page so that I cannot get any more information off it.

Stories like this need to make it into mainstream media. There is an opportunity to break the chain of gang lifestyle and abuse. Judges and our own laws will not allow it. Keep fighting, you are doing the right thing. Maybe changing the laws will make it easier and safer for kids and the responsible adults wh want to raise them the right way. Channel 7 is doing a bit on how to combat crimes, the cycles of violence and keep kids safe. I's write into them and see if this can get some attention. have you written to any of our elected officials? It would be well worth any battle to save a child.

Today in room 1806, I got an education into why so many young black males are on the street in the city of Chicago killing. Well, as you will see the Gal’s in this probate case, Wartowski and Groszek were given a job to protect and make sure that this minor child is in a safe and secure environment.

These women feel that it’s safe and better for this 2 year old child to spend his weekend with his biological gang member; drug using mother so that she can fulfill her requirement under DCFS rules. As a 20 year old ward of the state; she can not continue to have her Rent paid ($650), get her link card ($200) and get $68 month cash.

GAL Alecial Wartowski and Jennifer B. Groszek today (6/3/09), found out that Joyce doesn't feed him during her 36 hr weekend; they don't know for sure if she has clothes or food for him (like they said it’s not their job to see the child or make sure his mother has anything for him); they don't care that Joyce has taking him in a car to go with other gang members during these weekend visit that they ask for to jump on some other girls; or that she was in Indiana with her son at some guys house having sex and using drugs and then pass out in their basement. Now these GAL told my wife’s attorney it’s her job to get the police report about these issue and the names of the people involved and then send them a copy and they might look it over then.

These GAL don't care that Joyce takes Zion to homes where drugs are being used with minors; or that when asked about this in court under oath she said that he was getting this drug smell on him from the bus. Or to pass it off by saying hey no one asked for a drug test. Well, as the GAL for the child it should have been her job not only to ask but demand one and to this date the GAL have still not ask nor do they care.

So what does GAL Wartowski and Groszec care about; well apparently my blogs; they want me to stop and back off! They have said that if I don't they will make it seem as if I'm the crazy one and ask the courts to give him back to his mother or anyone that they can find.

Now, these women have spent more time looking at my blogs on line then they have looking at what is the number of children killed ever years due to Gangs. And how in hell was Joyce able to post gang stuff on line with her son and they not know. Just this week we had a Chicago Police Officer has his life taking by one of Joyce weak gang member.

When will GAL Wartowski and Groszec and the Pro bate court feel that this child safety should come first; when we carry his life less body in a little box after his mother has taking him off somewhere and he gets a bullet that had her name or her gang member boy friend name one it. Or after she leaves him at another dope house; so she can just go off and just enjoy her self.

I have been asked by CVLS Wartowski to back off or else; however, I don't know what or else means. As I have been told these GAL have said that if I don't they will make it seem as if I'm just some crazy person. So I guess or else is back off or they will make me spend the weekend with Joyce.

Well; I'm not crazy. I'm just sick of all this madness that I see ever night on the news about some young black male who has lost his life or taking the life of another. Every time the Judge in this case said to Joyce “you are doing everything they ask of you” I have to ask my self what in hell is being asked of her. Joyce is 20 and will be 21 in next year; she has one year left to live the life that she knows of. That one that gives her free rent, food, bus pass and $68 a month; now what will happen to her once her year has ran out.

As I was driving home about 6:30 pm I notice a bunch of people walking down the street heading toward the local church; now I had to call my wife and ask her had she ever seen this. And she told me yes; those are the homeless people that have to check into the church before 7 pm to get a bed. Now I have to wonder, will this be Joyce and Zion next year; I can bet you it will; unless the GAL in this case take the right road and remove themselves from this case as we have requested. Because it hard for them to work on the behalf of the child when they are spending more time looking at my blogs than looking at his mom gang blogs and taking care of what best for her now and not Zion.

I think that these women need to look and see what is the duty of a GAL under 705 ILCS 405/2-17. If they want to keep staying on this case; since they just love spending so much time tying to make sure that this child never gets a chance in life. These GAL need to understand that they are not dealing with some weak spineless person who will just sit back and let it be a gamble with this child life.

The Gal’s and Judge in this case wants to talk about what my family is not doing for the mother; and how it’s our job to help Joyce get Zion back. Well, not ever Joyce own Attorney felt that she should get Zion back so how why would we just hand him over to her. Now; I just want to make it clear, we have spent over 6k so fare to make sure that Zion does not go from Guardianship to DCFS into DOC; so why would we not fight for him and just hand him over to end up DOA!
